Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Grand Island and Kearney, NE area. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in electrical construction to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our company.

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians, apprentices, and other craft workers on various projects.
• Enforce safety regulations, ensure proper care of tools and equipment, and communicate company policies to employees.
• Ensure compliance with all company and customer safety policies and procedures, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Travel may be required for project meetings and site visits.

• A valid State Electrical Journeyman License.
• 4-6 years of recent commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in an industrial electrical construction environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• A successfully completed pre-employment (post-offer) drug test and MVR check when operating motor vehicles.
• A successfully completed pre-employment (post-offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.

The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
