We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Imaging Lead to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. The successful candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package. We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $95,000, based on similar positions in the Metro Detroit area. As a Radiology Imaging Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our radiology department, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed to the highest standards.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Lead and mentor staff members to improve their technical and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track department performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • At least 2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
