Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled individual with a technical mindset to join our team. The technical team plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the equipment and facilities of our franchise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete work orders and provide detailed reports using mobile devices or computers.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair various food service equipment including ice machines, coffee makers, and ovens.
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as wall repairs, lock replacements, and light bulb changes.
- Utilize both hand and power tools effectively, including drills, multimeters, and measuring devices.
- Understand electrical systems, including 120 VAC, 208/220 VAC, and 24 VDC circuits.
- Contact OEM Technical Support for assistance when necessary.
- Organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive attitude towards all assignments.
- Adhere to safety regulations and keep the work area, including the company vehicle, clean and organized.
Preferred Qualifications:
Light plumbing skills and experience with A/C refrigeration are advantageous but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and are expected to work rotating weekends and overtime as needed. The ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly and to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shifts is required.
