Job Description
A Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider at CHI Health Clinic is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting. Key responsibilities include performing health maintenance exams, providing patient education, and conducting procedures commensurate with education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Delivering high-quality patient care in an ambulatory setting
  2. Performing health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education
  3. Conducting procedures commensurate with education, training, and experience
  4. Working collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
