Construction Defect Claims Examiner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Examiner to join our team at AmTrust Financial Services. As a Construction Defect Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for evaluating and resolving complex construction defect claims.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years' experience in handling or litigating construction defect commercial liability claims. You will possess a high level of technical claim and legal knowledge, as well as excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities
  • Conduct thorough investigations of underlying facts and circumstances
  • Select and utilize appropriate experts and counsel
  • Negotiate resolutions with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective resolution strategies
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits include medical and dental plans, life insurance, health care flexible spending, dependent care, and a 401k savings plan.
