Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - Mechanical to join our team in Rochester, NH. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and installing process equipment to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform emergency and routine repairs and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Install and modify process equipment to engineering specifications.
  • Perform diagnostics, project work, and other improvement activities in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Comply with all regulations, industry standards, engineering specifications, and company policies/procedures.
  • Perform mechanical-related repairs, including troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
  • Fabricate metal pieces, parts, and structures using cutting equipment, welding equipment, and machine tools.
  • Use calibration equipment to validate tool and machine conformance to standards.
  • Apply working knowledge of controls systems to troubleshoot minor machine issues and manipulate robots with teach pendants.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, approximately 20 percent of a standard work day.
  • Eye protection must be worn in manufacturing areas, approximately 90 percent of a standard work day.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a related field.
