About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric ICU team. As a member of our team, you'll provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • BSN or higher degree in nursing
  • 1+ year of experience in a pediatric ICU setting
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • PALS certification
