About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Research Specialist to join our team as an Oncology Trials Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for clinical research and a strong background in oncology.

Responsibilities
  • Work on multiple trials within oncology, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct site visits and quality checks to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain site start-up documents, including study initiation visit agendas.
  • Act as a liaison between sites, trial managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in monitoring pharmaceutical industry clinical trials, preferably in oncology.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
