Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, processing patient information, and making medical appointments.
Key Responsibilities- Process patient information, including demographic data and medical history
- Make medical appointments and contact patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar
- Take messages and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize basic office software to manage patient records and schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting
- Medical terminology preferred
- Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
- Competitive hourly rate of $20.00
- Full-time position with benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage
