Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections to determine any required repairs or replacements prior to tenant occupancy.
  • Execute necessary repairs, including but not limited to painting, wall patching, fixture replacements, and carpet cleaning.
  • Verify that all appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical systems are functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with property management and the maintenance team to efficiently prioritize and complete turnover tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of unit turnover status and work completed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in apartment turnover or general maintenance is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic to intermediate maintenance and repair skills, including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
