About Challenger Soccer Academy:

We provide professional coaching within a community-focused soccer organization.

  • You will guide and support both the organization and fellow coaching staff.
  • Responsible for overseeing, coaching, and communicating with your designated team; the number of teams you manage will depend on your experience.
  • Conduct practice sessions for various age groups, lead coaching clinics, and offer educational resources for coaches.
  • Serve as a positive role model, providing ongoing feedback to players, parents, and fellow coaches.
  • Act as a representative of Challenger Sports.
Additional Information:
  • Evening practices will be scheduled Monday through Friday.
  • Weekend mornings may also require your presence for team matches.
Location: Connecticut Region
Compensation: $20-$30 per hour
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal Background Check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of current first aid practices
  • Must possess a friendly demeanor with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Prior playing or coaching experience is preferred
  • Must have valid work authorization
