Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Implement customized care plans that address the whole person, including mind, body, and spirit.
- Provide personal companionship and social support to clients, engaging them in activities that promote their well-being.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
- Document client progress and report any changes in their condition to our team.
