Nurse - Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our DaVita team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide exceptional patient care and support in an outpatient dialysis setting
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
• Work closely with PCTs to ensure seamless patient care and support
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in dialysis or nephrology nursing preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
