Job Summary:

Frontier Management (OR) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive therapeutic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Assessments and Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of each child and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
  • Supervise ABA Therapy Programs: Supervise the implementation of ABA therapy programs to ensure consistency and progress in therapy.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing therapy techniques.
  • Monitor and Analyze Data: Monitor and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification: Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • LABA Credential: Possess a Massachusetts Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential.
  • ABA Knowledge and Experience: Excellent knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, with experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
