At Access Community Health Centers, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physician to join our team. As a Physician, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive primary care services to our patients in a collaborative effort with all care team members.

Job Summary:

The Physician will be responsible for performing, ordering, interpreting, and analyzing patient histories, medical records, and various medical reports to diagnose patients' conditions and choose treatment options. You will also prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury in compliance with medical standards, laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order medical tests as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and technologies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Board certification in Family Practice with or without Obstetrics
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure
  • Experience working in a primary care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
