Casino Host

The Casino Host is a vital role in ensuring the success of our casino operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Casino Host. As a Casino Host, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining superior relationships with guests, identifying new opportunities to increase player visitation and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Tribal, Federal, and gaming regulations.
• Maintain high standards of guest services by effectively listening and responding to guest concerns and questions.
• Track and monitor feedback and participation to determine program effectiveness.
• Promote loyalty and incremental visitation through personal contact, including on-property hosting, off-property entertaining, telemarketing, email, and text.
• Maintain familiarity with all current and upcoming special events, promotions, entertainment, and facilities.
• Identify registered and prospective guests and develop strategies to increase their visitation.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze database for opportunities and productivity.
• Attend guest events and provide guest service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth execution of host room block.
• Demonstrate and promote KLEC core values and MAD skills.
• Manage security of confidential information entrusted to position.
• Attend required training and complete tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; college degree can substitute for work experience.
• Two years in a high-level administrative role.
• Two years of guest service experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral; Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Benefits:
