Your Mission:
As a BCBA, your primary objective is to foster a brighter future for both yourself and the children you serve. At IntelliStars ABA, we are dedicated to transforming ASD care by cultivating a skilled community of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), where communication and respect are paramount in delivering exceptional experiences for families and children.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct oversight and mentorship to behavior technicians in home settings.
- Evaluate data and implement evidence-based program modifications.
- Collaborate with families to integrate personalized goals into daily routines, facilitating parent training.
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home-based ABA therapy.
