We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Biller to join our team at Rallye Acura. As an Automotive Biller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of vehicle sales and leases, while maintaining compliance with New York State DMV laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process lease returns and bill-out sales of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Organize and print all necessary paperwork, including DMV documents, leases, financing contracts, and miscellaneous forms.
  • Bill the purchase of pre-owned vehicles to wholesalers.
  • Register vehicles using DMV Live and issue license plates for all new and pre-owned vehicles.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive billing.
  • Familiarity with New York State and DMV laws.
  • Experience with DMV Live and VERIFI & CDK systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
