Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telemetry nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Monitor patients' responses to treatment and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- At least 18 months of experience in an Acute Care Telemetry setting.
- Strong knowledge of Telemetry nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
