We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at the Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Pediatrics. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing personnel to ensure high-quality care and adherence to state and federal regulations.
- Assess patients daily and implement changes to their care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, in-service sessions, and other educational programs.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey.
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
