Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Nursing Incharge LPN. This role will involve conducting facility rounds, supervising medication assistance times, and intervening in resident conflicts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility rounds to ensure resident well-being
- Supervise medication assistance times to ensure proper recording
- Intervene in resident conflicts and behavior issues
- Facilitate communication to address medical and mental health situations
- Ensure incident reports are completed and summarized for the EHP Coordinator/Administrator
