Sterilization Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sterilization Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for performing basic to intermediate inspections and repairs on surgical instrumentation using various tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on surgical instruments, including grinding, buffing, and soldering.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex repair issues and improve repair processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a repair or maintenance role.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
