Customer Service Representative

Estimated Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (plus shift differential for graveyard shifts)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Chevron Gas Station location in San Francisco, CA. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, maintaining cash drawers, securing funds, and performing consistent station cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and thanking customers while making eye contact
- Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely, adhering to CSI guidelines and procedures
- Maintain cash drawer to be at or below maximum level, secure funds in a safe, and perform cashier reconciliation at each end of shift
- Perform consistent station cleaning of indoor and outdoor facilities, including restrooms, islands, pumps, and car wash, if applicable
- Prepare food and hot beverage products, manage ExtraMile and/or KKC food service and beverages, and promote store specials and marketing programs
- Distribute delivered goods in an orderly manner throughout the store and continuously ensure shelves are full of products
- Observe local law requirements in activating and filling vehicle fuel tanks with gasoline or diesel fuel to specified levels
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings, with excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to work in California, Oregon, or Washington locations
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work the Graveyard shift from 10 pm to 6 am
