Reconditioning Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reconditioning Associate to join our team at Carmax. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vehicles are presented in the best possible condition for our customers.

• Log and Track Deliveries and Vehicle Inventory: Accurately record and manage the movement of vehicles on our lot, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
• Move Cars Around the Site: Safely and efficiently move vehicles to different locations on our lot to ensure that they are easily accessible to our customers.
• Ensure a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean and organized appearance of our locations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
• Clean and Recondition Vehicles: Thoroughly clean and recondition vehicles to meet our high standards, ensuring that they are presented in a manner that meets our customers' expectations.
• Learn from Expert Team Members: Collaborate with our experienced team members to learn best practices and gain a deeper understanding of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
