Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Operator to join our team at General Shale. As a Line Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the PVC production line, ensuring the quality of the product meets company specifications, and performing various tasks to maintain a smooth-running line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the PVC production line to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Palletize produced pipe and adjust machines to meet standards
  • Inspect equipment and machines throughout the shift and document quality checks
  • Ensure housekeeping protocols are met in the work area
  • Assist other line operators and perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor, Leadman, or Plant Superintendent/Manager
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to troubleshoot and correct quality issues
  • Good attendance and ability to meet physical requirements of the position

Work Environment
