We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Trinity Healthcare LLC. As a valued member of our CARE culture, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, ensuring the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Respond promptly and courteously to call lights, determining residents' needs and providing assistance as required.
- Transport residents and assist with walking, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, handling linen and equipment in an appropriate manner.
- Take and record vital signs, weights, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Must be certified as a nursing assistant, by the department of Health, within four months of date of hire.
- Previous nursing facility experience is preferred.
