• Provide prompt and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter prescription and patient information into the computer system, maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
• Prepare and affix labels to prescription containers, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Perform cash transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area.
• Assist with third-party insurance billing and troubleshooting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; working towards a licensed technician certification through a certified national program preferred.
• Previous experience as a pharmacy clerk or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
