Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Leader to join our team at The MH Group. As an essential member of our organization, your primary goal will be to enhance the overall client experience by delivering exceptional service and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves meticulous tracking of all business activities, increasing overall company organization, while leading and developing team members.
Manage team members, including conducting employee evaluations and overseeing hours.
Oversee team hubs consisting of an advisor and a paraplanner.
Conduct weekly staff meetings.
Track all company tasks, including managing insurance and investments applications, all service items and referrals, and clients in the financial planning process.
Review and improve workflows and resources for various company tasks.
Create and update checklists for different activities (e.g., insurance and investment applications, financial planning experience).
Refine processes and procedures for prospective clients and overall practice.
Oversee the business calendar, including financial planning client meetings, advising client reviews, and business enrollment meetings.
Organize and manage existing clients and households.
Plan and execute client appreciation events.

Anticipated Outcomes:
Organize all client annual review meetings within a specified timeframe.
Increase efficiency in insurance sales and services by monitoring application processes, ensuring smooth client experiences, and timely completion of service requests.
Enhance efficiency in investment applications and services by overseeing timely account setup, funding processes, and fulfillment of service requests.
Expand team size from 2.2 to 4 within a specified timeframe.

Requirements:
Associate's degree required.
2-5 years of industry experience.

Benefits:
Job Location: Hybrid, based in Holyoke
Estimated Salary: $57,000-$70,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
