Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Orthodontist to join our team at Kansas Youth Dental & Braces, a Benevis company. As an integral part of our orthodontic department, you'll have the opportunity to provide expert care to children and adults, creating lasting smiles that transform lives.

About the Job:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $165,000+, including uncapped bonus potential. Benefits include:

The ideal candidate will have:
* A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
* A Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
* Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
* Other certifications as required, such as CPR
* Nitrous Oxide certification (for specific states)
* Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

Work Environment:
Kansas Youth Dental & Braces operates with advanced technology, including DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, fiber-optic handpieces, and yearly OSHA and HIPAA training. Our office flow averages 50-60 patients per day, with a patient base primarily consisting of children aged 3-21 and up to 30% adult population, depending on location.
