Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Engineer II at C4 Technical Services, you will play a crucial role in upholding and continually improving our IT Quality Assurance and Testing/Engineering standards and processes. You will work closely with our product teams to write and execute automated test scripts, conduct code reviews, and report QA automation metrics and testing statuses. Your expertise in test automation, software development, and coding will be essential in ensuring quality and on-time delivery in all assigned work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using.NET, Selenium, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with QA Analysts and QA Supervisor to prioritize tasks and ensure quality delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test automation code.
  • Report QA automation metrics and testing statuses to project teams.
  • Identify, document, and act on issues found during automated testing.
  • Coordinate and escalate issues that arise during testing phases.
  • Assist in deployment verification of applications or customer deliverables.
  • Work closely with Senior Quality Assurance Analysts or Senior Quality Assurance Engineers to execute tests of business applications, online applications, document processing capability, and reporting deliverables.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM Application (Microsoft D365 is preferred)
  • Test Automation or software development/coding background in.NET, Selenium (C# preferred)
  • Proficient with API Testing
  • Understanding of automated test frameworks
  • Understanding of Selenium WebDriver and Selenium best practices
  • Experienced in Mobile Automation using Appium
  • Exposure and understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes
  • Three to Five years of experience in Automated Testing using a development framework.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the different types of testing (functional, system, integration, etc.)
  • At least one to three years of experience in Functional Testing on a project team
