Position Overview

Job Title: Apptad Inc - Medicaid Management Information Systems Consultant

Location: Chicago (Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term

Role Responsibilities
  • Seeking a consultant with expertise in executing IL MMIS SRT.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) is essential.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims processing and adjudication is required, along with familiarity with EDI transactions (e.g., 837, 835, 834, 820).
  • Proficient in handling X12 EDI files.
  • Strong SQL skills for data validation and manipulation using Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Expertise in developing and executing test cases and test scripts.
  • Experience in regression, integration, and system testing methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and manage defect tracking.
  • Familiarity with JIRA for test management is advantageous.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently or collaboratively, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
