Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Dining Services Assistant to join our team at The Willows at East Lansing. As a key member of our culinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, including work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, sweeping and mopping floors as directed
  • Set up the dining room, meal trays, food carts, and other equipment as instructed
  • Assist cooks in preparing meals and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant setting is a plus
  • Ability to serve food and beverage in a fine dining setting
