Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physicians and nurse practitioners in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with patient check-in and registration
  • Prepare charts and provide administrative support to medical staff
  • Provide education and support to patients on neuromodulation therapies
  • Order and track lab results, genetic tests, and imaging
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of medical staff
  • Perform a wide range of clerical tasks, including scheduling and billing
  • Act as a liaison between patients and the billing department
  • Coordinate EEG referrals and prepare items for presentations
  • Assist with special projects and urgent assignments
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a pediatric or family practice setting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The base pay range for this position is $21.69 to $27.11, depending on experience and qualifications.
