Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care: Offer expert advice and guidance to patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
- Operate the Pharmacy: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy systems, technology, and regulatory requirements to provide the highest level of service to patients and customers.
- Pharmacist Licensure: Current licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
- Certifications: Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
