About the Role

This is a supervisory level position that requires 4+ years of experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting. The ideal candidate will have EPA Universal License preference, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and technicians.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team, and vendors.
  • Supervise the performance and development of preventative maintenance measures.
  • Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial chief or supervisory level position. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is essential. Additionally, the candidate must be able to make decisions quickly and efficiently, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
