About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas in Eagan, MN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays, and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales.
