Factory Direct Marine & RV - GA is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee the renovation and construction of facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building and renovation projects
- Lead a crew of workers
- Contract with outside vendors for specialized work
- Ensure quality and timely work from contractors
- Find cost-saving solutions for all projects
- Hire and train staff members
- Ensure all construction meets code and OSHA standards
Requirements:
- Knowledge of building and roadway construction and renovation
- Understanding of tools and equipment
- Experience with building maintenance
- Knowledge of boats/RVs is a plus, but not required
