Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per yearJob Description:The Facilities Manager will oversee the day-to-day upkeep and operational efficiency of our facility. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across various areas, including marketing spaces, high-traffic zones, conference rooms, and team amenity areas. You will work closely with different departments to ensure smooth facility operations, support logistics, and provide a safe, organized workspace for employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain regular facility upkeep, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety of multiple areas.
- Manage building operations, including opening and closing procedures, access control, and shipping and receiving needs.
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance of the facility, including backup generators.
- Oversee third-party contractors, such as electricians, HVAC specialists, plumbers, general contractors, fire systems personnel, and first aid responders.
- Manage building renovations and improvements for facility operation, quality of life, and on-site events and projects.
- Perform visual safety inspections of the facility and parking lot to identify and address potential hazards.
- Manage returns (RMA) and shipping for various projects.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies.
- Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
- Basic maintenance skills for daily equipment checks and minor repairs.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a facility environment.
- Ability to adapt to seasonal facility and/or team needs.
- Collaborative approach to prioritizing short and long-term projects.
- Valid Driver's License.
