As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective communication and providing necessary services to help patients achieve or maintain their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans based on any changes in the patient's condition. You will also provide clinical oversight to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing)
  • Must hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. CPR certification must remain valid throughout employment.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
  • Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment in all situations.
