Studio Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Studio Manager to lead our first SWTHZ franchise location in Knoxville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving membership growth, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Provide exceptional sales support to sales associates, coaching and mentoring them on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Track and analyze membership data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive awareness and generate leads.
  • Build and cultivate a high-performing, engaged team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and coach team members to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Implement effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, overseeing all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment, implementing and enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Understand the intricate dance of sales and operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
