Job Title: Director of Outpatient Services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Outpatient Services to join our team at Georgetown Behavioral Health Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive outpatient services program that meets the needs of our community and supports the hospital's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for outpatient services
  • Ensure high-quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff
  • Monitor, evaluate, and modify programs to ensure compliance with company guidelines and standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees receive adequate direction on preferred clinical practices
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational training requirements
  • Partner with internal and external partners on programs
  • Attend all external and internal meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral science or mental health-related field
  • Clinical, supervisory, and administrative experience in an outpatient mental health setting
  • General knowledge of areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Texas as an LCSW or LMSW
  • Must obtain and maintain approved CPR certification and Management of Assaultive Behavior training
