Automotive Title Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team at Kendall Auto Group. As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing documents for state and out-of-state registration, tax, and titling requirements. Your goal is to ensure accuracy and completeness on all required forms.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office environment offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with Fidelity.
You will have the opportunity to work independently with minimal direction and prioritize job duties to meet deadlines. If you possess excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and intermediate accounting knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
In this role, you will process registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers. You will verify funds have been collected and payoffs completed, maintaining titles and MSOs for inventory. Additionally, you will update status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles.
