Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at IHOP, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. This includes scraping and pre-rinsing food from dirty dishes, washing pots, pans, and trays by hand or machine, and removing trash and garbage to the dumpster area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plate ware, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition.
  • Scrape and pre-rinse food from dirty dishes and place them in a dishwashing machine.
  • Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand and/or machine.
  • Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster area.
  • Clean garbage cans.
