Outpatient Addiction Medicine Specialist

Fcs Co is seeking a highly qualified Medical Director to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team of healthcare professionals, develop policies and procedures, and build relationships with community partners.
The selected candidate will have a strong background in addiction medicine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive results.
A key responsibility of this role is to oversee the medical direction of our outpatient program, ensuring high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a degree from an accredited institution, at least 5 years of experience in addiction medicine, and relevant licenses/certifications.
A competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Cultivate relationships with community partners to promote our services and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree: MD/DO or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 5+ years in addiction medicine, preferably in a leadership role.
- Licenses/Certifications: Board certification in addiction medicine, DEA registration, and any additional certifications relevant to the position.
