- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Early Childhood age children preferred.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a positive attitude toward children.
- Able to communicate and direct children in the age-appropriate skills involved in class.
- Must have a basic understanding of Child development and be able to plan and carry out developmentally appropriate activities.
- 403(b) Retirement Savings.
- Retirement fund of 12% per pay period after completing 1,000 hours of service during any two 12-month period.
