Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality cardiovascular services of care through effective management of Cardiac/Neuro Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cardiovascular services quality and patient outcomes
  • Lead and manage cardiovascular services departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cardiovascular services with other hospital departments
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Five (5) years of relevant professional experience, including three (3) years in a manager role or higher
  • Registered Nurse (RN), unencumbered in applicable state
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS and ACLS certification
