Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound Specialist

As a skilled Cardiac and Vascular Ultrasound Specialist at Avera, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cardiac and peripheral vascular ultrasound scans as directed by physicians. Your expertise will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Education/Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate of Science degree in cardiovascular ultrasound technology or a certificate of successful completion from a school of cardiac ultrasound. A minimum of 2-3 years of previous ultrasound experience is preferred, with a working knowledge of cardiac and vascular pathology. Additionally, you must be registered in at least one modality, Cardiac or Vascular Technologist, and be able to take call independently. Maintenance of required CMEs is also essential.
