Lead Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Lead Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders and disabilities.

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
• Therapy Services: Provide speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other education professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide support to students.

• A Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders is required.
• An active New Jersey SLP license is mandatory.
• Experience working with children in a school setting is essential.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.

The position is located in Roseland, NJ, and the contract will run from as soon as possible until June 2025.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring 35 hours of work per week over 5 days.
