Occupational Therapist - Home Health Opportunity

FeldCare Connects, a leading app-based referral network, is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care and work with adults of all ages.

This position is ideal for an Independent Contractor serving the Oakland area.

As an Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will assess and evaluate patient care needs, determining treatment plans and interventions to improve their wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing services according to state laws governing Occupational Therapy practice, in coordination with healthcare teams.
  • Leading patients in therapeutic activities to enhance functioning and safety.
  • Observing, recording, and reporting patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
  • Instructing patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare teams on therapy areas where they can participate.

Qualifications include:

  • Ability and enthusiasm working with diverse age groups.
  • Occupational Therapist licensure and registration by the state.
  • Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
  • Bilingualism is a plus.
