The Junction LLC is a family-owned petroleum company with a rich history dating back to the 1960s. With 11 C-Store locations and numerous dealers throughout Mississippi, we strive to provide exceptional products and customer service.

Job Title: C-Store Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused C-Store Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide fast and courteous customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Ensure safety rule compliance and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Accurately handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Abide by company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle cash
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with the public
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift objects of average weight and stand for long periods
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in retail sales and cash handling
